Introduction

The ControlLogix controller executes the ladder motion commands.Each controller and chassis can control up to 16 1756-M02AE servomodules (for a total of 32 axes). The 1756-M02AE servo modulesmust be in the same local chassis as its ControlLogix controller.The 1756-M02AE servo module connects to a servo drive and closesa high-speed position and velocity loop. Each 1756-M02AE modulecan control up to two axes.RSLogix 5000 programming software provides complete axisconfiguration and motion programming support.
