Description

The TK-3 Proximity System Test simulates shaft vibration and position for calibrating proximity probes. The TK-3 uses a removable spindle micrometer assembly to check the transducer system and position monitor calibration. This assembly features a universal probe mount that will accommodate probe diameters from 5 mm to 19mm.

Proximity Probe and Extension Cable

The 3300 XL probe and extension cable also reflectimprovements over previous designs. A patentedTipLoc* molding method provides a more robustbond between the probe tip and the probe body.The probe’s cable incorporates a patented CableLoc*design that provides 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength tomore securely attach the probe cable and probe tip.

You can also order 3300 XL 8 mm probes andextension cables with an optional FluidLoc* cableoption. This option prevents oil and other liquidsfrom leaking out of the machine through the cable’sinterior.
