Each HEB is controlled and monitored by CENTUM XL EFCD station and theBMS logic of each boiler is taken care by an independent YASAKAWA make U84PLC. The Balance OF Plant (BOP) of all the three boilers is controlled by oneCENTUM XL EFCD and the corresponding logic is controlled byUES815S a YASAKAWAmake U84 PLC.UES815S Monitoring of all the three boilers and BOP is done through threenumbers of Process Operators Consoles (POC) in control room and one remoteconsole which located around 400 meters away from the control room. Theengineering of all the four DCS stationsUES815S being done through a commonEngineering station and the Engineering of all the four PLC is done through acommon engineering station. There are three dot matrix printers for alarm andlog printing and one color printer for hardcopy printing.
