Description

The totalizer provides an indication of the volume of flow that has accumulated since the last timethat the totalizer was reset. Separate indications of the quantity of forward flow and reverse floware available as are computed values for the Net Total (Forward flow minus Reverse flow) and theGrand Total (Forward flow minus Reverse flow since last reset of Grand Total). The totalizer isnonvolatile; that is, the accumulated values are retained over power cycles. If you are going to usethe Totalizer or Pulse Total features, configure the Totalizer to On; if not, configure it Off. Thedefault setting is Off.If you configure it On, specify the engineering units of the totals (Tots EGU), the format ofForward, Reverse, and Net Total (Tot/Net Format), and the format of Grand Total (Gr TotFormat). Tots EGU also defines the units for a pulse from the pulse total output, if usedWith FoxCom transmitters, specify your output as Digital or Analog. Specify Analog if youwant an analog 4 to 20 mA signal. In this mode, a 600 baud digital signal is superimposed overthe 4 to 20 mA signal for communication with a PC-Based Configurator. Specify Digital if youwant to have a 4800 baud digital signal for I/A Series system communication.If you selected Digital on your FoxCom transmitter or with a fieldbus transmitter, specifyUnidirectional (UniDir) or BiDirectional (BiDir) flow. If you want a pulse output, you mustspecify Unidirectional. The default setting is UniDir
