Description

The IS200EXHSG3AEB is a General Electric PCB (printed circuit board) component designed as part of the Speedtronic Mark VI series.  The MKVI is one of General Electric’s most popular turbine management systems.  It was the third generation of TMR (triple modular redundant) turbine control systems offered by GE, and offered operation throughput of up to nine 21-slot VME racks.   The Mark VI uses SIFT interactions between its software and hardware modules, which uses the software to detect and offset any faults that are not handled properly by the hardware alone.  

The IS200EXHSG3AEB functions within the Mark VI system as a Static Exciter High-Speed Terminal board.  It has been designed to include a solid-state relay driver and is typically paired with a high-speed contactor to ensure protection in higher current applications.
