Product Descrition

MTS’ standard contract requires MTS to provide the necessary services to ensurethat your testing system operates accurately. These services are described below.Additional services and equipment may be negotiated with MTS, but theseadditional services must be mutually agreed upon and specifically described inyour purchase order.

Under MTS’ standard contract, the shipping terms are Ex-Works (or FOBFactory), meaning ownership and liability for the testing system transfers to thecustomer at MTS’ loading dock. Unless other shipping terms are specified in apurchase order, which MTS does not dispute, the Ex-Works shipping termsapply. Under these terms, MTS is responsible for insurance coverage while thetesting system is in the factory until it reaches the loading dock for shipping.
