Description

The 2711C-T6T is an Allen-Bradley PanelView Component HMI Terminal. The Allen-Bradley 2711C-T6T is a PanelView Component C600 Terminal provides visualization and control for low-end applications that use Ethernet or serial communication. This module uses a Color transmissive TFT active matrix LCD with a white LED backlight that generally has a lifespan of 40,000 hours. This Allen-Bradley operator interface has a 5.7-inch display with a resolution of 320 x 240. While the programming port can be a USB or an Ethernet port, the memory card options include a USB flash drive and an SD card. The mounting clamps and the quick-lever clips make the installation and maintenance of this module relatively easy. The C600 terminal’s easy interface allows the user to adjust the terminal settings while simultaneously allowing you to design applications as well. The on-terminal software of the PanelView C600 terminal stands apart from the other HMI devices in the category. The 2711C-T6T has an input voltage of 18 to 30 Volts DC (24 Volts DC nominally). Never connect commons together when using this device. With a power consumption of 5 Watts, the 2711C-T6T can be programmed easily with a USB device. It uses an analog touch with an actuation rating of 1 million presses. SLC, MicroLogix is the preferred range of controllers which are used with C600 Terminal. The results can be seen directly on the terminal thus saving the time to download the application every time for review.

The C600 terminal is quite handy and easy to operate as the navigation tabs guide you through the various functions. The power requirements for this product are the DC 18 to 30 Volts. It supports RS-232, RS-232 (DF1), RS-485, (DH-485), as well as communication ports that are available from Siemens and Modbus through various vendors.
