The switching output can reactto the crash within a millisecond in orderto minimise or even avoid consequentialdamage.The integration of the vibration monitoringinto the machine control via the fieldbusinterface enables an ideal adjustment ofthe evaluation (adjustment of the alarmthresholds, suppression of characteristicvalues that cannot be evaluated duringprocessing, e.g. spindle bearing) to thecurrent operating status of the machine.
