 Irregular calcification and/or plaque may compromise the fixation and/or sealing at the implantation sites. Key anatomic elements that may affect exclusion of the aneurysm include severe proximal neck angulation(> 60°), distal iliac landing zone < 10 mm, and/or aortic neck/iliac inner wall diameter inappropriately sized tothe stent graft. Inappropriate patient selection may result in poor device performance. This device is not recommended in patients who: have or are suspected of having an active systemicinfection; cannot tolerate contrast agents necessary for intra-operative and post-operative follow up imaging;and/or have sensitivities or allergies to the stent graft system materials, antiplatelets or anticoagulants; haveunstable angina and/or myocardial infarction (MI) or cerebral vascular accident (CVA) within 6 months priorto implantation; and/or exceed weight and/or size limits necessary to meet imaging requirements.
