Product Lifecycle Phases

When our ability to supply a product cannot beconfirmed, due to regulatory or supply chain factors, theproduct is placed under review and the status is shownas Pending. Depending on the outcome of this review,the product may be subsequently assigned a new statuswithin the above lifecycle or may move to Discontinuedstatus. Customers requiring these products to be suppliedor supported should contact the spares support teamas detailed below. If Rockwell Automation subsequentlyagrees to supply these products, additional conditions ofsale may be required, including documentary evidence ofend user and application.

During the End of Life status period, notice is giventhat a product is moving from End of Life to the statusof Discontinued on a set date. This date defines the“effective from” date from which the product isDiscontinued. Customers are offered an opportunityfor a Last Time Buy prior to that date.Once the Discontinued date has passed, orders may nolonger be accepted for spares and/or repairs, unless thereis a healthcare agreement, or a pre-existing extendedlifecycle contract in place.However, Rockwell Automation may, at its own discretion,continue to service the End of Life and Discontinuedproducts by providing spare parts and repairs to 

Rockwell Automation strives to maintain the productsin the End of Life status for a minimum of 12 months,during which, products and spares and repair of products,are readily available in accordance with the publishedlifecycle document. However, due to rapid technologicalchanges, Rockwell Automation may elect to supplyequivalent (e.g, updated) modules
