Description



The Allen-Bradley 1762-L24AWA MicroLogix 1200 Programmable Controller is an industrial-based controller with a power supply. The controller requires an AC input power supply with input voltage ranging from 100 to 240 Volts AC at 47 to 63 Hertz and an inrush current of 25A for 8 milliseconds at 120 Volts AC and 40A for 4 milliseconds at 240 Volts AC, with a maximum power consumption of 68 VA. The controller also provides an output of 400 mA and 350 A at 5 Volts DC and 24 Volts DC respectively. The 1762-L24AWA has 14 (120 Volts AC) digital inputs, with 79 to 132 Volts AC in an ON-state and 0 to 20 Volts AC in OFF-state at 47 to 63 Hertz. Its digital inputs also have an ON-state current of 5 mA at 79 Volts AC and 16 mA at 132 Volts AC, with its maximum leakage in the OFF state at 2.5 mA, and its overall inrush current is 250 mA at 120 Volts and at an impedance of 10/12kOhms at 60 to 50 Hertz.


The 1762-L24AWA has 10 relay outputs with a maximum load control of 1440VA, and with an 8A load per output group and a 30A load (per controller) at 150 Volts AC, and one of 20A at 240 Volts AC. Its relay output has an ON/OFF time of 10ms with a signal relay life of 20 million cycles and the minimum possible load on each output point is 10 mA. It has an operating temperature bracket of 0-55 degrees Celsius (32 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit) at a relative humidity range of 5 to 95% non-condensing and it is designed for storage at a range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit). The 1762-L24AWA Programmable Controller is ideal for a clean, dry environment with circuits that do not exceed Over Voltage Category II. The 1762-L24AWA is built to resist an operational vibration of 1.5G at 10 to 500 Hertz and is tested to withstand a 15G operational shock. It weighs approximately 0.9 kilograms (2.0 pounds), with net dimensions of 90 x 110 x 87 millimeters and it is UL, c-UL, and CE-certified. The 1762-L24AWA controller should be mounted horizontally.
